Hi all,  I'm Lance Eaton,

Hi all,

I’m Lance Eaton, part of the Outreach Team for the Immersive Education K12 Summit at the University of Colorado, Boulder, October 24-26 (http://summit.immersiveeducation.org/K12/index.html). I wanted to put out a last minute call for anyone interest in presenting their work and latest research related to immersive education as a presentation, poster, panel, demo, workshop or outlier (novel late-breaking research, technology, techniques, etc).

3D Printing opens up a vast array of opportunties for learning and making things of the imagination into real artifacts. These could be the keys to a new way of education through immersive creation. Our conference regularly features people from the real of 3D printing and its uses in education, so we hope that we will continue to see more people attending and presenting their latest research at our conference.

Call for Submissions are due September 15 (Call for Outlier submissions are due October 1). Check out the call, here: http://summit.immersiveeducation.org/K12/submitters.html#body

For those just interested in attending the event, registration is now open: http://summit.immersiveeducation.org/K12/registration.html#body
