@Cristian_Martinez - That could be your problem. All 4 of mine say: Silconlabs CP210X USB to UART Bridge (COM16).
Have you installed the CP210X drivers? Where did you get your boards?
I did ive been using them without a problems till this most recent windows update
@Cristian_Martinez - if you right click on RAMPS and get the popup box that allows you to update drivers, can you do that using the CP210X drivers?
I uninstalled the device and restarted the laptop. Ill try to reinstall the drivers
Also, right click on RAMPS and check the properties. That will show you what driver is associated with RAMPS , if any.
USB to UART shows up now. Gonna try uploading a program

But everytime i switch ports it reads as RAMPS again but when i update the driver it reads as USB to UART again. Weird O.o
@Cristian_Martinez - If you google UART RAMP, the first couple of web pages deals with bluetooth and with 3D printers. Do you have anything like that hooked up to that computer?
Nothing hooked up to it now but i do own a printer and ive hooked it up before for software updates. But its never run while plugged to my laptop lol
