hey guys having a problem with mu prusa i3 build everything is good apart form the x axis that keeps jolting very fast and very violently into the end stop and not quite recognising when it is being pressed.

not sure how to fix it i have tried messing with the firmware and such but no look so far any help would be great thanks in advance.

Not at home right now but take a look at the max homing rate if thats when it happens and also ensure your steps per mm for the axis is set correctly. If you added or subtracted a digit by mistake it can make it do some crazy things.
