@Jerry_Rodberg If only! We actually considered using some sort of insert made of ruby or other ceramics pressed into a sort of holder. However we’re exploring simpler more cost effective solutions first!
Ruby nozzles wouldn’t be too hard to appropriate, but then you’re stuck with Waterjet geometries (low relief angle, large holder diameter, and manuafacturer specific threads). At least you’d know it wouldn’t fail under pressure.
