Here is the nearly complete 3d printed humanoid robot. This is designed to be 1:1 scale with me (6’1) but extrapolation shows it may be larger.
Each joint has a plastic gearbox or some kind.
the Inmoov hand is attached from the forearm down, the rest is of my own design

Amazing project! I always wonder how big the parts can be printed on reprap machines. I guess that you printed your robot on a proffesional machine?

@Mano_Biletsky_Open_M the parts are designed to screw and lock together, It is like a giant airfix at this point.
No, it isn’t a professional printer. Some parts were done on a mendel and the majority on an ultimaker.
Here are some stats:
3 months to design, 2 weeks to print. Total pastic ~140m of PLA. Largest part is 190mmx150mmx125mm. 0.1-0.3mm slices printed at 180mm/s.
All parts designed to fit a prusa heated bed size, as this is the most common.
