Have you guys taken a look at @Thomas_Sanladerer 's videos? Especially the latest one where he describes his setup. I think you could use a lot of the advice he gives there such as having a script or at least an overview of topics beforehand so that there are far less “um” and "uhh"s

Additionally, the first article that you talk about was complete bunk. They used that garbage headline. None of those printed parts “walked off of the build plate”.
