Here are some pics of my print of nervoussystem’s “cellular lamp”, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:19104

These show the amazing overhang handling of my Bukobot with QU-BD hot end, my levered bearing extruder mechanism, Tatsu drive gear, and MABS filament. This was printed without support and I have not done any cleanup.

Damn, that’s impressive!

More printing details, like temp, speed, layer height please

I don’t remember the exact speed, but it was pretty fast. I ran it at 240C with .25mm layers, IIRC.

If you have the slic3r output, it puts all the details in the header.

Right, here’s the header info:

; layer_height = 0.2
; perimeters = 3
; top_solid_layers = 4
; bottom_solid_layers = 4
; fill_density = .12
; perimeter_speed = 150
; infill_speed = 300
; travel_speed = 300
; scale = 1
; nozzle_diameter = 0.35
; filament_diameter = 1.7
; extrusion_multiplier = 1
; perimeters extrusion width = 0.49mm
; infill extrusion width = 0.49mm
; first layer extrusion width = 0.42mm
