Hello,
when I utilise a svg file with curves my machine is very slow and stutters.
I generate the svg files with Affinity Designer but I have also tried Inkscape.
For example this file runs but when the laser gets to the curvy part the operation is much slower and the stepper motors make noises.
If I approximate the curves by hand with small lines it works just fine.
I have tried to optimize my svg files but this does not make any difference.
The file is displayed correctly in the Workspace and also the Laserpath is correct .
I am using GRBL 1.1f and an Eleksmaker Laser but I thing this is an software issue…

That means you curve is made up from many small segments. There’s a field called Segment, try using value 0.5 in there and generate it again
