Hello,
do you know other companies than Artec and Creaform who sell portable 3D-Scanner like the Eva or Go!SCAN?
Edit: I thought it might be clear by listing some examples products i’ve checked: i’m looking for pro handheld scanning devices with a precision between 0,5mm and 0,1mm and between 10k€ and 30k€. No Structure or some table-scanner. Just take a look at the products i mentioned.
Yes nice question. Iam looking for one too
I have a Matter And Form. A bit expensive at $500. Or you can look into the Ciclop for $100 on Kickstarter
Rubicon is coming out with a hand held unit in a few months. Otherwise I think your stuck with fuel3d or an Einscan-S to even get close to the resolution of the Artec.
@Ryan_Fritts @Samer_Najia I was looking for serious handheld scanners. Take a look at their website and tell me if you know any similar product.
Edit I updated the description in the post.
I don’t think the Fuel 3D is worth the plastic it’s made of. It takes a minute to transfer a two photo scan and their software has no provision for stitching scans together. I’d suggest the Structure sensor strapped to a tablet instead of the Fuel3D, and Structure isn’t that great for detail, but still far less aggravating.
@Jeff_DeMaagd I updated the text in the post, Structure-Sensor or Fuel3D ist definitly not the thing i’m looking for.
