Hi there, since it seems like you’re new to the community let me give you some tips. It is highly unlikely that someone who lives in your area is going to want to drive out and help you, troubleshooting 3D printers can be fairly time consuming. Instead if you post some pictures of your issue with some description you’ll find lots of people will be overjoyed to help and give out suggestions of things to try.
