@James_Malenko I purchased it but it has not arrived yet. it was supposed to be shipped on jun 1st for pre order but due to packaging errors it ships next week. 
Idk about the customer service, but I do know that the Printer itself is known to pull off amazing quality at awesome speeds super easily. #adjectives.
