Has anyone mounted a mill upright on a wall? In an effort to save floorspace, but gain a cnc mill. I imagine there is a gravity issue on the motors, but is it too much to bother with?
Have thought about this, but have not had a chance yet. You could counter balance the vertical force with a counter weight pulling on the back plane to reduce gravity strain on motor.
For me it’s either that or install a smaller one in a slide out drawer.
