Has anyone had the problem with printing with PLA that sticks too well to

@Shane_Graber Calibrate the Z=0 properly, find right layer height and width - had to go to 0.35/0.75 mm on mine. On other printer with bed from reprapsource the default values in slic3r were good with 0.4mm first layer.

Or if you insist on blue, make sure you use scotch. The others tend to stick too well, or not at all.

If your build plate is acrylic, I’ve been using Aqua Net Hair spray instead of the blue tape. Just spray lightly an even coat and you should be fine.

You’re pressing your first layer down too hard. Adjust your Z endstop so that you start a bit higher over the platform.

Clip a thin sheet of stainless steel to your print bed, and put the tape onto that. After the print is done, you remove the sheet and bend it, and the parts pop right off.
