Has anybody ever seen plastic 2020 t-slot extrusion for sale? I searched and there is nothing like that I can find. Or perhaps there is a similar strong but light-weight plastic kind of railing that allows fastening parts together with regular machine screws?
I’d probably just go with square plastic tube. Either drill through it and put a screw through, or use self-tapping plastic screws.
Why not carbon fiber tube?
