Is it possible to set up hardware jog control? I have a laser cutter with a motorised Z axis. I would like to have a button to raise/lowest the bed. I am using a laserboard from c3d so I don’t think I can upgrade to the dev and use the joystick module. Can the switch module be used for this? Does anyone have an example of how to do it?
Yes, using the switch module to send G0 commands should do the trick. You should try to get it to work, and ask us if you run into trouble along the way.
