Hard to get a picture of this bugger.

Hard to get a picture of this bugger. Whipped this out tonight to replace an old chewed up wood version that I keep by my lathe for quickly gauging tenons for threads that I use most often. LW4 with Laser Fill for the text and Laser Cut Outside for the cuts.

#yearofthelaser

I think a slight laser cut (low power) around the edge of the text will add a little extra clarity to the lettering. Great idea though.

This was the first run before I got the laser fill where I wanted for the text. It’s much cleaner in the rest of the 24 that I’ve run so far. Not a bad idea to add an outline though.

@Carl_Fisher Yeah I saw your other post on the differences between speeds on Laser Fill. One was definitely a lot clearer than the other.
