Had some angle Aluminium profiles 15x15x3mm laying arround so i thought i give it a try as x-y carriage before buying linear bearings and shafts. It seems to work pretty good, but is maybe a bit heavy for very fast accelerations. Still waiting for the electronics to arrive so cant test it now. #CrossCarriage
Use teflon tube or wear risk to make issue or slip (no good Alu on inox…)
