worryingly the first page has how to laser cut vinyl 
I saw that, but many of their projects are well done, and sadly there are a few dangerous or stupid projects in their as well. I think the good outweighs the bad though. If any one is concerned about a project, just ask the group, I am sure someone will know whether or not a project is safe.

tbh i was just surprised to find it at all. people commented its dangerous and the creators response was i have a carbon filter…
They do make Poly vinyl acetate film that is safe to laser
