Grainy syrface when adding text in Creality Print on a K2

Hi Everyone,

I have a K2 and use Crealtity Print 7 to add text to the below design.

The surface prints smooth when there’s no text but once the text is added I see lines, I thought it was because the top layer was seen as the top of the text but without the text, it’s fine, even though the ridge around the design is still there (same height as the text).

Any ideas as it’s driving me crazy !!!
