Sharing a VISION or scope of work is the challenge for all of us in the industry. I think the more we focus on education…in respect to our potential clients the easier the workflow will be. Once we teach how nothing has changed in the submittal process they will be more willing to recognize that it’s a data collection process and that media is a byproduct…dont you think?
