i already Maked Cnc Laser With arduino and laser Head 2.5w … i faceing people in engraving photo … some image be good in engraving and some is very bad in finally … and all photo i think they same
why i faceing thia problem

looks like the power is a bit higher then needed, the moon has burn spots from flare ups. Maybe try air assist to control that? and the last one looks like there is a bit of jitter, maybe going too fast? try lower power and speed and see if that helps.

what u meen with air assist ?! Please … and i faceing this problem in engraving personal photos 
air assist as in a stream of air blowing from the laser head onto the work piece, its not standard on K40’s. Easy to add with an aquarium pump and some hose. it helps blow out the flare ups.

It’s used to keep away smoke from laser, increasing efective power and making a constant burn.

I have a similar setup, but in speed (110,111,112) I have a more conservative values. Also your accelerations are way more bigger than mines, maybe this affects the way it engraves.

Usually in my setup, I have to set the range from 15-20% white to 100% black.
I prefer to use a photo editor to set it b/w and save before using in LW
