First of all thank you very much for your job. I bought an Eleksmaker A3 engraving machine. I would like to use LaserWeb4. I installed the software and I have an error message “Machine disconnected, No supported firmwaredetected…”
I am working on macOS Sierra 10.12.6 and after several tests I didn’t find any solution.
Did you already have this problem ?

The eleksmaker device is not recognized by osx unless you install the ch340 kext on sierra (not LW) Then should appear as ti.whatever340… you have to select that port to connect with

I didn’t find the ch340 kext driver. I only found the CH-340 / CH-341 and it didn’t work…
What firmware have you uploaded to the board?
Unless you have already done this you will need to follow this and flash GrBL 1.1 onto your board. Then config GrBL and LW accoordinly
