Firmware bug?

I will run this g-code and create a space in step X101.000 Y46.640, see video and pictures from logic analyzer. What is the problem? This gap without acceleration and deceleration occasionally causes the stepper motor to lose its step.

That’s extremely odd, we haven’t seen something like this happen in like 6 years. Are you using the very latest firmware? Can you post your config and firmware version? What board are you using? Overall, any other info you can give would be helpful. Thanks.
