Finally had a chance to finish my spindle cooling setup for the LaserWeb test

Finally had a chance to finish my spindle cooling setup for the LaserWeb test rig. Getting the test rig setup to test the CNC portion of LaserWeb. It uses a 120mm X 240mm PC cooling radiator with twin 120mm LED lit fans (Had to add a little bit of bling to the project)

Is the radiator a bit overkill or actually necessary? I don’t really know much about CNC.

The spindle is water cooled, this is one way of keeping the temp down, using a large resevoir is another. I did not want to have a large water resevoir so I chose this method.
Not sure if it will be enough on its own, testing will tell, if it does not cool the water enough I will add a small resevoir to take up the slack.
