Finally decided to tear the extruder apart and rebuild it with better hardware and shore a few parts up. It prints a lot better now. still have a slight lean on my y axis though more troubleshooting is required.

Any suggestions? I’ve tightened the belt, the pulley is not slipping from what I can tell, x and y steps per mm are set to 80.25 if memory serves right, and updated Repetier host and slicer to the latest builds.

Edit
Figured out its my hobbed bolt that’s killing my prints the teeth are slanted towards the stepper instead of being straight or slanted towards the tensioner. Thus when it retracts it chews the filament and won’t extrude. The Hobbing is to far to the head of the bolt to turn it around. Ill have to order another one.
