I just recently got this error on my Genmitsu 4040 pro. The error is “error while processing response An unexpected command was completed by the controller.” It shows an orange Hold icon on the bottom then (4/3034) the a red alert circle with 201 beside it.
I have UGS using GRBL as my controller.
Not sure what all this means but I do need help in solving this problem. Thanks & much appreciated
I’d inspect line 4 of your g code to see if there are any syntax issues or codes that GRBL doesn’t accept. If you post that line here, people can see it and perhaps come up with a solution.
I think what happened is I upgraded to a larger router & had to buy the router attachment bracket which was 65mm Diameter so I think it through off my limit switches. I did a $RST=* to reset every thing so that error went away. Now Im in the process of setting up my limit switches again to this upgraded router. I should have given a bigger allowance on my limit switches for larger routers Thanks for the help.
