In Tronxy’s proposal for the VEHO 600 2E machine, there are several problems regarding the position of the filament rolls, it is not the best place, it causes the wear of the filament sensors and the angle of attack is not adequate, it causes the machine to make more effort than necessary and it leads to more chances of skipping steps of the Y motor. The solution I have given you is to raise the filament spool, improving the angle of attack on the filament step sensor. I had to make two pieces for the lens, the first improves the fastening to the shelf, of the drying box and the second improves the exit angle of the filament, of the drying box.
En la propuesta de Tronxy para la maquina VEHO 600 2E de la posición de los rollos de filamento hay varios problemas, no es el mejor sitio, provocan el desgate de los sensores de filamento y el ángulo de ataque no es adecuado, provoca que la maquina haga mas esfuerzo de lo necesario y conduce a mas posibilidades de saltar pasos del motor Y. La solución que le he dado es elevar el rollo de filamento, mejorando el ángulo de ataque en el sensor de paso de filamento. He tenido que hacer dos piezas para el objetivo, el primero mejora la sujeción al la estantería, de la caja de secado y el segundo mejora el ángulo de salida del filamento, de la caja de secado.
