Does anyone know if the latest retail version of the Micro3D printer have a cooling fan to cool the print? Or do they just attempt to print using low temperature?
Kind of… It has one small fan located at bottom shooting up. So I guess the upward draft provide some cooling effect. Not sure if it is intentional though…
@Step_Cia Do you have a Micro3D? If so, would you be able to take a picture of the fan setup? I’m curious.
That’s the setup on the kickstarter version, I think is designed to cool the print head rather than the print. I don’t think they’ve changed the design to the retail version.
