Does anyone have experience with the PLA filament sold by RadioShack? Just wondering if it is any good, lots of colors are on sale and eligible for the free shipping to the store option.
A question to find out if the PLA filament sold at RadioShack is any good, I don’t want to buy some if people have tried it and found it to be low quality or problematic. I’m sorry if my post wasn’t clear.
I’ve had the same Q and would of tried it IF it was instock at my local store.

That person was happy with it. I guess with free shipping and returns to the store, it’s probably worth a shot.
Decided to take one for the team and picked up a spool of blue PLA. The spool was in a sealed plastic bag with a desicant pack so it was properly stored and shipped. I’ve printed about 20 objects and so far it’s been working fine, I’ve had good results printing at 205C-ish on my printrbot metal simple and the filament diameter has been pretty consistent at 1.74 to 1.75 when measured with calipers. I’d probably buy again if I need filament and it’s on sale, at $30 it was nice to avoid shipping costs and just pick it up at the store.
