why only 90s ?
Would more of a bucket shape give better results than a flat blade? I’ve never made one, but my gut tells me it would hold more water- less wasted potential energy. It seems a more aerodynamic shape may cut the resistance when going through the water too. Bearings on the shaft may also cut the resistance slightly. Thinner but deeper bucket design may cut resistance further- probably reducing the amount of blades. Utilizing 45 degree angles for the buckets would be ample to eliminate the need for support when printing.
