Dang it my y axis seems to get hung up on something when trying to reach the last 3 calibration points. I can move it manually but i do feel some resistance towards the front. Any ideas? I dont see any obstructions

Possibilities to check:

Something out of square?
Bent rods?
Bearings worn or dry?
Belt tension or belt not level?

If you take the bed off and slide just the bearings one at a time do you still feel the resistance?

Put the bed on without attaching the belt and see how that slides.

We could use some more information in order to help you. What kind of printer do you have, and maybe some pictures would be a good start.

Its a Prusa i3 MK2S i had it on silent mode. Turning it back to high power mode which is actually normal mode and the problem went away

I think Silent mode lowers the motor power and thus the torque. Something is out of alignment or binding and the higher torque mode is enough to over come the resistance.

Oh yeah its running a lot smoother now
