It looks like the alarm connection on the CW-3000 is a 3-pin DIN, but no idea how it signals alarm condition electrically. Does anyone here know?

That’s a weird way to spec what appears to be a relay that closes for all types of alarms!
Decoder ring!
H1 = common
Common connected to H2 when:
- Water stops
- Temp higher than 60C
- Pump Breakdown
- Water alarm
- Faulted Circuit
- Power outage
Common Connected to H3 when:
- Conditions are normal
