Cutting HDPE with XTool D1 Pro 10w

Hello all

I am cutting 1/8 HDPE and it is taking 8 to 10 passes at 100% power. My problem is that around the 6th pass the HDPE starts to warp and the cut is not very smooth. Is there a solution to this?
