I am using 4-pin aviation GX16-4 connectors to hook up steppers, but I haven’t found a documented convention for wiring them for steppers. Is there a convention like “pins 1 and 2 are coil A, and 3 and 4 are coil B” that folks are commonly following when using these connectors?
I do not know what others are using, but I wired all my steppers the way you just described.
