Hello this a co2 laser and the problem am facing is it turns on and the test laser does fire on the PSU but the controller wont turn on, and when i turn it on it doesnt go to x0 y0 and back.
What could possibly be the cause of this and how can i fix this, Please help.
Hi Seth, it’s difficult to tell from what was said but because you say the controller will not turn on that is enough to infer that no motors will move because it is the controller which instructs the motors to turn.
Can you post a picture or two of your controller board and the front panel of the laser?
And if you have a volt meter can you measure between the 5V/Gnd and also the 24V/Gnd on the PSU?
