ChiliPeppr return to zero was used a lot in making this. I think it turned out great!

That looks great. Did you use a diamond bit for the etching? If so, do you mind sharing what kind?
Sure did, filled the etching area with water. Ended up having to cut a bit shorter to get the work piece under the Shapeoko.
