have you thought about making an entire 3d printed cast and filling with 2-part plastic?

@Ted_Huntington That was the initial intent but it’s more flexible this way since the use of 3D printed molds would require some finishing to avoid the resin to stick to the parts. We can also afford to have non-moldable shape this way and get fast iteration on design change.
