I built an improved Lyman V2 back in the day, 2012 or 2013. eBay PLA pellets didn’t work even for three tries, then I tried ABS, which worked the first time. I didn’t have a printer to test the filament and it really needed a winder. I ended up setting it aside and forgetting about it for the most part.
