I have Bambu P1S printer without AMS.

I can’t remove supports from TPU prints.

How can I fix the problem?

It’s difficult. Are you using tree-style supports? I find them to be the only kind I’ve successfully cut free. I rarely print with supports, but on TPU even less than other types of filament…

You could investigate using support interface layers. ModBot has a video of which materials will work best and if you need help with single nozzle multimaterial I can help. I see that this is an older thread but if you are still running into issues this may help.
