Cant figure it out…
Try to engrave raster and no matter what dpi or settings i use, i always get those “pixelated” lines. looks like the image in lw4 is scaled down to the beam diameter. thats of course ok for the linethickness itself, but is there a workaround for improving the horizontal resolution?
yes, that step is the problem, defocus is slightly better, but i have really small lines to engrave (1mm and less). filling a vector is impossible, because lw freezes on that file. guess i have not enough horsepower on that computer.
btw, i did read all docs on cncpro, but nothing there that could help with that particular problem.

Or possibly ‘join pixels’ to eliminate extraneous on/offs of the laser by individual G1 commands per pixel…
