…note regarding #4 above. Its not groups that is creating the problem its paths that are created when drawing lines. Inkscape paths are loaded into LW as a single entity.
Somehow some groups of my lines are one path and others are separate paths.

You guys can keep chatting as I’m learning a lot :-). That being said, I’d like to create and upload a generic “how to” on this subject. Is there a file section on this group (or any google group for that matter) where it can be stored for other users? Also, maybe once I get it finished a few of you wouldn’t mind proofing it?

+Peter van der Walt, I’m looking through the closed issues trying to learn what I can. In the screenshot you posted earlier I see the colors showing up in the dropdown list. Can you point me in the right direction on where to read up on that. Seems no matter what I do on the editing software side or in LW4, I only get black. Thanks…
