In Discourse forums you can bookmark a post / reply for later review. This bookmark feature will also allow you to set a reminder relative to a post / reply
Under each post / reply you will see a symbol with 3 dots.
Click on that and you see other action items you can use. Click on the bookmark ribbon
This brings up the bookmark dialog. You can add a comment for the bookmark and set a reminder about the post / reply.
If you click on the gear icon you will see options to automatically delete the bookmark on certain actions.
To access your bookmarks, click on your avatar icon and then on the bookmark ribbon.
