I’ve seen this done before and was intrigued, so I decided to try it myself.
Still needs cleaned.
Backlit mirror for my son.
Christmas gift for my uncle and his wife.
My friend loved this!
And there ya have it, folks! Loved doing this, loved it even more when using fast drying paint with both latex acrylic and can spray paint.

are you engraving on the back of the mirror or thru the front?

I have the laser remove the coating on the back, which also etches the glass a little, then I just paint the back whatever color I think looks good.

@JamieR this is awesome. Are these regular glass mirrors and what’s the thickness?
