For discussion about Chela Mill parts I’d like to somehow post a BOM that’s relatively easy to read inline here. I found a site that will convert CSV to a markdown table. Is that the best option?

If you format a table and cut-and-paste it here, say from LibreOffice Calc, it will turn into a markdown table here.
Control-C in LibreOffice Calc, Control-V in this window, and:
| Header 1 | Header 2 | Header 3 |
|---|---|---|
| Data 1 | Data 2 | Data 3 |
| Etc. 1 | Etc. 2 | Etc. 3 |
I’ve also used pandoc to convert libreoffice files to markdown, where I used tables in LibreOffice Writer and those were converted to markdown tables.
