These things are tight, y’all. They fit the BBBs like a glove.
I have 3 of them now, and am happy to report the build and fit quality are perfect. I particularly like the little flush-mount screws on the sides!

Also, the microSD card is perfectly situated when it’s inserted. Though I’m hoping the next rev will have a see-thru cover plate for the SD slot, the card slot is inset just enough to stay out of the way of accidental contact, but is still easy to eject.

@Matt_Ranostay - Thanks for the suggestion! We just finished creating the stamping tools for the current revision and started a new production run of 10,000 units. So it will take a while before we do another rev… Using a drill press to make an opening for the JTAG connector might be your best option in the short run.
