@Nick_Parker - I totally got what you were saying, but after sleeping on it, I’m not sure it would be that much more expensive to go to 1mm. I’ve seen many beautiful strands come out of 0.4mm nozzles, and I’m sure there must be folks with 0.1 mm and 0.2 mm nozzles getting good looking strands coming out of their nozzles. It might require some retooling, but I get the sense that if there was enough volume, the extruder operators would find a way to make it efficient…
