OK, hive mind required. My 120W laser is only drawing 5mA from the PSU at full power. Would it be a bad PSU or a bad tube. The tube still has a nice purplish/pink plasma.
Best way to figure it out is if you have another PS to swap out.
I only have spare 40W supplies kicking around unfortunately.
If it just changed suddenly my vote is the LPS
