Awesome Experience with Fusion 360 online support

I have a hobby version of Fusion 360.

I ran into problems with the drawing template not handling attributes in the title block properly.
We all know that Fusion 360 is very powerful but also has a big learning curve.

I used the chat function (lower right of screen) for the first time.

Oh wow! within 10 min the agent connected wth me, we did a zoom remote desktop and within the next 10 min, he schooled me on what I did wrong and how to automate what I was trying to do.

We often dis on chat and other support functions… this one really works.


Yes we all have struggled with F360 :wink:. It is not always intuitive and I learned to watch YouTube demos and instruction videos. It’s very helpful and I learned a ton of new skills with it.
