What’s the “flint” diameter? Should be easy enough to provide you with the corrected CAD files (if you want of course).
the one tested is 8.54mm. The one untested yet is 9.57. The new files would be ok. If not possible, i could do a rescale in slicer

Yes, it’s unlikely to work this way. Special version for 8.54 mm ready (that was quick wasn’t it?).
If you have the numbers on it, it should be compatible.
Otherwise, reprint the ring as well (you can take it from thingiverse or youmagine posted previously).
