Are there any corexy designs that are completely open source? That if i wanted to sell them online I wouldn’t violate any copyrights.
Even completely open source projects have licences that may limit commercial exploitation. Best study the licences of all those you are considering. But why not study some printers and then design your own? If you feel insecure to design your own, you are perhaps not mature enough to start a business, using someone else’s design.
Sometimes I wonder whether there are real differences between all the corexy builds. I haven’t tried them all and it seems nobody has to make real comparisons. So I wasn’t really thinking about any specific model but rather to use the general design of corexy. The only commercial one that I think is made by ultimaker.
Ultimaker uses a “cross gantry” not CoreXY. Which do you want?
There’s as much difference between different CoreXY builds as there is between all the different Mendels/i3s. Frame style, linear hardware, etc.
